1Buying Pallets
What types of pallets do you sell?
We sell a wide variety of pallets including standard 48x40 GMA pallets, Euro pallets, block pallets, and custom sizes. We offer both new and used pallets in various grades (A, B, C) to meet different needs and budgets.
What is the difference between Grade A and Grade B pallets?
Grade A pallets are in like-new condition with minimal wear, no broken boards, and no major stains. They're ideal for retail and export. Grade B pallets have some cosmetic wear and may have minor repairs but are structurally sound, making them perfect for warehousing and internal use.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! We offer competitive bulk pricing for orders of 100+ pallets. The more you order, the better the per-unit price. Contact us for a custom quote based on your volume needs.
How quickly can I receive my order?
For GTA customers, we often offer same-day or next-day delivery. Standard delivery across Southern Ontario is 1-2 business days. For larger orders or deliveries to other provinces, please contact us for specific timelines.
What is the minimum order quantity?
We have no minimum order quantity for standard pallets. Whether you need 1 pallet or 1,000, we can accommodate your order. For custom pallets, minimum quantities may apply depending on specifications.
Do you offer new pallets as well as used?
Yes, we offer both new and used pallets. New pallets are custom-manufactured to your specifications. Used pallets come in various grades (A, B, C) based on condition and are significantly more cost-effective.
Can I see samples before placing a large order?
Absolutely! We encourage customers to visit our facility or request samples before placing large orders. This ensures you receive exactly what you need for your application.
2Selling Pallets
What condition do pallets need to be in to sell?
We buy pallets in any condition! From pristine Grade A pallets to heavily damaged ones suitable only for recycling. We'll assess your pallets and offer fair pricing based on their condition and quantity.
Do you pick up pallets?
Yes, we offer free pickup service within the Greater Toronto Area for qualifying quantities. For locations outside GTA, pickup can be arranged based on volume and location.
How do I get a quote for my pallets?
Simply fill out our contact form with details about your pallets (quantity, size, condition) or send us photos. We'll provide a quote within 24 hours, often same-day for standard requests.
How and when do I get paid?
Payment terms depend on the arrangement. For smaller quantities, we often pay on pickup. For ongoing partnerships, we can set up regular payment schedules. All payment methods accepted.
What is the minimum quantity to sell?
For pickup service, we typically require a minimum of 50 pallets in the GTA area. For drop-off at our facility, there is no minimum. Contact us for special arrangements.
How do you determine the price for used pallets?
Pricing is based on pallet type, size, condition, and current market demand. Standard GMA pallets in good condition fetch the highest prices. We provide transparent pricing and can explain our evaluation process.
Can I set up a regular pickup schedule?
Yes! Many of our partners have scheduled weekly or bi-weekly pickups. This ensures you always have space and a predictable revenue stream from your pallet surplus.
3Recycling
What happens to recycled pallets?
Nothing goes to waste. Reusable components are salvaged for repairs. Wood that can't be reused is processed into wood chips, mulch, or animal bedding. Metal fasteners are recycled. We maintain a true zero-waste operation.
Is pallet recycling really environmentally friendly?
Absolutely. Recycling pallets saves trees, reduces landfill waste, and requires less energy than manufacturing new products. Every pallet we recycle represents resources saved and emissions avoided.
Can I get certification for recycled pallets?
Yes, we can provide documentation of recycling for your environmental reporting. This helps businesses meet sustainability goals and demonstrate responsible practices to stakeholders.
What are the environmental benefits of using recycled pallets?
Using recycled pallets saves approximately 50,000 trees per year in our operations alone. It reduces landfill waste, lowers carbon emissions by up to 30%, and conserves energy compared to manufacturing new pallets.
Do you offer recycled wood products?
Yes! We produce wood chips, mulch, and animal bedding from recycled pallet wood. These products are available for purchase and are popular with landscaping companies and farms.
How do I ensure my pallets are recycled responsibly?
Partner with us! We provide chain-of-custody documentation, recycling certificates, and regular reports showing how your pallets were processed. We're committed to transparent, verifiable recycling.
4Repair Services
What types of damage can be repaired?
We can repair most common damage including broken deck boards, cracked stringers, loose or missing nails, and block damage. Our skilled technicians can restore most pallets to full working condition.
How much does repair cost compared to buying new?
Repair typically costs 40-60% less than buying new pallets. The exact savings depend on the extent of damage and pallet type. We'll always give you an honest assessment of whether repair makes economic sense.
Do repaired pallets come with a warranty?
Yes, all our repairs come with a 90-day warranty. If a repaired pallet fails under normal use within this period, we'll repair or replace it at no additional cost.
Can you repair pallets on-site at my facility?
Yes, we offer on-site repair services for large volumes. Our mobile repair crews can work at your location, minimizing disruption to your operations and reducing transportation costs.
How long does pallet repair take?
Standard repairs are typically completed within 1-2 business days. For large volumes or on-site work, we'll provide a detailed timeline based on your specific needs.
When should I repair vs. replace a pallet?
We recommend repair when the structural integrity can be restored cost-effectively (usually when damage is limited to 1-2 boards). We'll always provide honest advice on which option makes most sense.
