Materials & Construction

Hardwood Pallets
Made from oak, maple, or ash for maximum durability. Ideal for heavy loads and repeated use. Higher weight capacity and longer lifespan.
Softwood Pallets
Made from pine or spruce for cost-effective solutions. Lighter weight makes them easier to handle. Perfect for one-way shipping or lighter loads.
Combination Pallets
Mix of hardwood and softwood for optimal balance of cost and performance. Hardwood stringers with softwood deck boards.
Pallet Construction Types
Stringer Pallets
Two or three parallel pieces of timber support the deck boards. Most common design.
Block Pallets
Nine blocks support the deck, allowing 4-way forklift entry. Higher load capacity.
Wing Pallets
Deck boards extend beyond stringers for additional loading surface.
Double-Face Pallets
Deck boards on both top and bottom for reversible use and better stacking.
