By accessing and using the Canada Pallet Recycling website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Canada Pallet Recycling provides pallet buying, selling, recycling, repair, and transportation services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates and subject to change based on actual inspection of pallets. Final pricing will be confirmed upon receipt and assessment of materials. Prices are subject to market conditions.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be established at the time of transaction. For pallet purchases, payment may be required in advance or upon delivery. For pallet sales, payment will be made according to agreed terms.

5. Quality Standards

We grade pallets according to industry standards. Grade A, Grade B, and recycling grades are determined by our assessment. Customers should inspect pallets upon delivery and report any concerns within 48 hours.

6. Limitation of Liability

Canada Pallet Recycling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our liability is limited to the value of the transaction.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Canada Pallet Recycling and protected by copyright laws.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
